Last update: 14 March 2026

Dear user,
pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you of the following regarding the collection of your personal data through the online form "request information", as a healthcare professional acting as a natural person or as the natural person contact of a healthcare operator.

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller for the processing of your personal data is AD ASTRA INNOVATION & DESIGN s.r.l. – Via Carlo Goldoni 8, 10092 Beinasco (TO) – privacy@traicorder.it – tel. (+39) 011 40 81 777 – VAT number 01213580317 (hereinafter the "Company" or the "Data Controller").

2. Methods of data processing

The processing of your personal data will mainly be carried out using electronic means according to procedures and tools suitable to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

The processing is carried out in order to manage your contact request so that you may receive information and, where applicable, quotations from us regarding our services. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of failure to provide data

The provision of data is optional; however, since such processing is necessary to contact you again, failure to provide, partially provide or inaccurately provide the requested data will make it impossible to contact you in order to evaluate the establishment of a commercial collaboration.

5. Data recipients

Users' personal data may be communicated to external service providers that the Data Controller may rely on for technical services (e.g. hosting and technological maintenance of the Website, email service provider) necessary for the management of the website and the activities carried out on it. A list of Data Processors is available upon request by writing to privacy@traicorder.it. Data Processors are bound by appropriate contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR to implement adequate security measures in order to protect the security and confidentiality of personal data.

6. Personal data retention period

The Company will retain your personal data for the time necessary to manage your request and, in any case, no longer than one month from the last communication exchanged.

7. Data subject rights

Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, data subjects are granted the right to access their personal data, request rectification, updating and deletion (if incomplete, inaccurate or collected in violation of the law), and data portability (communication of the data in an intelligible format to the data subject or to another controller), as well as the right to object to processing for legitimate reasons and request restriction of processing.

To exercise these rights, data subjects may contact the Data Controller using the contact details indicated above or send an email to privacy@traicorder.it.

In any case, the data subject always has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Italian Data Protection Authority – Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), pursuant to Art. 77 of the Regulation, if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates applicable law. Without prejudice to lodging a complaint with the aforementioned supervisory authority, the above rights may be exercised by submitting an informal request to the Data Controller by letter to the contact details indicated above or by email to privacy@traicorder.it, using the data subject rights request form available on the website of the Italian Data Protection Authority.

8. Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify or simply update this notice, in whole or in part, also due to changes in the applicable legislation.
